The Prestige Classic autoclave sterilizer has a number of features:
- Power is turned off by electronic detectors if water charge is insufficient.
- The green gasket has an extended life.
- The fully automatic cycle is started with a simple one step operation.
- If the lid is not correctly fitted, pressure build up is prevented by the gasket offset device.
- While there is pressure in the chamber, the mechanical interlock prevents the lid from being removed.
- Power to the unit, cycle in progress and sterlilization cycle complete are shown with light sequence indicators.
- Ideal for most sterilization applications.
- Weighs only 9.9 lbs.
- Chamber size is approximately 8" x 9".
- Each autoclave is issued with a test certificate certifying the machine has been computer tested and showing it's temperature time cycle.
- To improve reliability and performance the Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) is used.
