About Li Zhang (Lisa Lam), Permanent Makeup Specialist
Since 1977, Lisa worked as an opthalmologist after graduating from medical college. In 1984, she specialized in facial plastic surgery and permanent makeup (P.M.). A year later, she was promoted to be the Chief of the Ophthalmology Department. At that time, she was the youngest chief in the field. In 1992, Lisa started her own beauty clinic in China, where she specialized in facial plastic surgery, permanent make-up, tattoo removal, and skin care treatments for mole removal, broken capillaries, skin peeling, and etc.
Lisa came to Canada in 1997. Two years later, she started her own beauty clinic in Calgary called Angel Beauty Clinic to perform permanent make-up, non-surgical tattoo removal, treatments for skin irregularities (brown spots, aging spots, freckles, broken capillaries...), professional skin peeling, and etc. In April 2005, Lisa sold her business, moved to Vancouver in September, and set up BioTouch Canada Permanent Makeup Inc.
Lisa is very devoted to improving and staying up-to-date with her knowledge and skills. She also stays updated with today’s technology. By having an open mind to new ideas, she continues her daily journey of learning and education. Lisa received her permanent make-up training in China in 1984. She continued her education in Hong Kong, Canada and U.S.A. In 2003, she received her Instructor Certificate from BioTouch U.S.A to teach permanent make-up, and continued on to share her vast knowledge of this specialized industry. Now, she is one of the leading instructors in North America.
After cosmetic tattooing was regulated, CFCN News and Calgary SUN interviewed Lisa. On the interview, they covered all the procedures of permanent make-up (for eyebrows, eyeliner and full lips) that were performed by Lisa. They were quite impressed by the professional process and the amazing results. From this, the credibility and public awareness of permanent make-up was established across the country.
With Lisa’s extensive training, medical background and 21 years of experience in this field, clients are guaranteed the safety, comfort and quality results that they desire.

Shirin Shaghaghi started her passion for makeup and beauty artistry back in 1984 in Madrid, Spain. During last years she has been extending her skills by learning from the best professionals and doctors in the industry. With this passion to be knowledgeable and highly trained in medical esthetics and permanent cosmetics, she performs permanent makeup safely and efficiently. She is also one of BioTouch Canada Trainers as well as a paramedical technician.

Paramedical Micropigmentation Specialist, Instructor
BioTouch Canada product line has extended to a new location in the Eastern Canada / Toronto area (BioTouch Canada Ontario). Brigitte Biller, who has joined the BioTouch Canada team, has been in the beauty industry for 23 years and currently working with a top plastic surgeon in Toronto. She is a paramedical micropigmentation specialist and instructor for BioTouch Canada.
