  - UPS shipping ONLY: We require 2 days to process then ship out orders. Please allow 3-5 business days after the processing time for your shipment to arrive. Approx. $20-45 shipping costs depending on weight, UPS service, and location.

  Return Policy  
     
  - Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- Expired Biotouch products can be exchanged for replacements at 10% off regular list price. (Pigments must be at least half-full).
- Machines and accessories have a 6-month warranty from date of purchase.
