  To register, follow the steps:  
  1. Download registration form for the courses you'd like to take.

  2. Fill out and sign the registration form. Read the terms.  
     
  3. Fax or mail us the registration form (spots are reserved upon receipt of registration form).  
     
  4. Provide 50% deposit of the total training fee (include necessary taxes).  
       
    Payment Method:  
    1. Credit Card: Call us to provide the card number - Do not write on form.  
    2. Cash  
    3. Money Transfer: call us to get our bank account details  
     
  5. A confirmation letter and study manual will be sent to you after the deposit has been received. Make sure to study the manuals before coming to class.  
     
  6. Pay the remaining balance on the first day of class.

  • Hands-On Work on Models

Live model demonstration and hands-on practice on both days.

For those without Permanent Makeup experience, special arrangements for training on machine and basic knowledge before the class will be mandatory and requires an additional fee of $300.
