
Registration

	To register, follow the steps:
	1. Download registration form for the course(s) you'd like to take.
	Permanent Makeup Paramedical Skin Revision

	2. Fill out and sign the registration form. Read the terms.

	3. Fax or mail us the registration form (spaces are reserved upon receipt of registration form).

	4. Provide a 50% deposit of the total training fee (include necessary taxes).

		Payment Method:
		1. Credit Card: Call us to provide the card number - Do not write on form.
		2. Cash
		3. Money Transfer: call us to get our bank account details

	5. A confirmation letter and study manual(s) will be sent to you after the deposit has been received. Make sure to study the material before coming to class.

	6. Pay the remaining balance on the first day of class.

Instructor

Permanent Makeup Instructor Training Course Outline
(6 day course)

Six day course consisting of Intensive Training and Class Observation and Demonstration.
This course trains experienced Permanent Makeup Technicians how to become BioTouch Instructor or to teach in their own salons.
At least 3 years of adequate experience or over 100 procedures in Permanent Makeup required for the Instructor Class.
