1. Download registration form for the courses you'd like to take. |

2. Fill out and sign the registration form. Read the terms. |

3. Fax, mail, or email a scanned copy (spaces are reserved upon receipt of registration form). |

4. Provide 50% deposit of the total training fee (include HST). |

NEWS: As of May 2011, we are fusing our original Beginner and Advanced courses into one program. To provide our students with a complete training, we are going to provide students a full 6-day intensive course instead.
